Rafael Ceja, the founder, and CEO of Fine Orlando Living Group is a certified Expert Advisor for Investment and Home Purchase. He takes the tenacious negotiating style from his roots in Chicago, IL and mixes it with a fast-paced, ‘Get it Done’ mentality from being proudly raised by a father in the United States Marine Corps. Being from a military family, Rafael moved a lot growing up and became an expert on relocation, from Chicago, Orange County, California, Reno, Nevada, Austin, Texas, Kansas City, Missouri, but when he chose to settle, there was only one place for everything he loves: Orlando, Florida.
In 2007, Rafael built a booming vacation management company grew with consistent service, rapid turnarounds, with no paid advertising, solely from the commitment to excellence that his customers were thrilled to share with their friends. His success led him to be recruited to join Keller Williams Realty, becoming one of their elite agents in the top 20% from the start and being trusted by his clients so much that he has increased sales 50-100% year over year.
Rafael has been honored to contribute to the success of others and their clients by serving on the Agent Leadership Council for the past two years. He was selected to serve as the chair on the Growth Committee and Finance Committees as Chair for the Young Professionals of Orlando. This success and leadership led him to join EXP to build his own successful team of agents with a Value Added Focus on results.
When he is not doing team building activities with his EXP team, he enjoys traveling with his fiancé Jensherise to new destinations or doing adventure sports such as snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, fishing and cherishing his family and friends.
