Not enough stars to give Jim McQuade for his exceptional service in assisting me with a difficult house closing. From the very start we had communication issues from the seller and the listing agent. Jim stayed on top of everything and with his expertise and recommendations, I was able to finally close on the house. He recommended a mortgage company that could help assist with a quick close and a fast and reliable inspection company.
