Marcia has been advising and representing us on a real estate purchase for approximately a full year. We had a long list of requirements for our prospective home, which really made finding suitable properties a challenge. In spite of the rarified market we were working with (a home with acreage) Marcia was able to position us to make offers on a few properties that met our needs. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to terms with these particular sellers. Noting the nature of our situation, Marcia gave us alternatives to consider in lieu of buying an existing home, and instead walked us through a raw land purchase and helped us find a builder for our new home. With her help we were able to avoid a potentially precarious purchase of an property encumbered by an undisclosed easement. She helped us negotiate the purchase of our 5 acres for about 35% below the asking price! The words “knowledgeable,” “proactive,” & “extra-miler” have lost all other meaning as she has reset our personal expectations for service. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
