Umit is an extraordinary realtor who know his trade. He is very personable, easy to talk to, and professional. He helped us find our dream home in a very short period of time and gave us great advice on our offer to secure the winning bid. He explained all the steps in home buying process and kept us updated on all developments promptly. He was extremely responsive when we had questions or requests. He kept our best interest in mind at all time. He didn't treat us like a client but like a family. He worked so genuinely hard for us that it felt like he was buying the home for his family. I highly recommend him as realtor.

Our experience with our realtor was more than pleasing. When you want to buy a home you want to make sure that the home fits your needs. Our realtor, Umit Ister, went above and beyond to make sure that we get our dream house. What impressed us the most was how attentive he was to what we wanted. He understood how important it was that we find the right house and never rushed us to proceed. This was very important to us, as in the past we felt we were pushed to make a decision when we were not yet confident about deciding. His patience and positive outlook will give you the comfort to know that you are in control. Not just does he have excellent negotiation skills but he also is so knowledgeable of the market. We always felt that we were in good hands. If you want someone that has your best interest, Umit Ister is the way to go.

Umit is a golden guy. A true gem. He worked with us 7 days a week at times, Always and I mean always answered his phone or responded to a text immediately and with a clear answer and if he didnt know would find the answer for us. Going above and beyond should be his slogan. The man never quit on us when our excessive offer on a short sale property was rejected for a lower one. Go figure! He said things happen for a reason. I dejectedly thought to myself "im done". He advised we keep looking and anything you want to see let me know at anytime. We began to dream and there it was. We thought "no way" we'd qualify. He said you never know. Umit along with the selling agent blended perfectly. Our dream home became reality. Unbelievable is all i can continue to say. Without Umit Ister it wouldnt have been possible. We dealt with many other fine agents but Umit goes above and beyond. Try him and you'll see
