Umit is a golden guy. A true gem. He worked with us 7 days a week at times, Always and I mean always answered his phone or responded to a text immediately and with a clear answer and if he didnt know would find the answer for us. Going above and beyond should be his slogan. The man never quit on us when our excessive offer on a short sale property was rejected for a lower one. Go figure! He said things happen for a reason. I dejectedly thought to myself "im done". He advised we keep looking and anything you want to see let me know at anytime. We began to dream and there it was. We thought "no way" we'd qualify.
