Megan was by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. She stayed ahead of every step of the process and made the whole experience extremely smooth for us. She went beyond what was required of a realtor and beyond what I expected, including recommending how much credit we should ask the seller for to do repairs on the house based on the inspection. She also arranged for contractors, cleaners, gardeners to get the house completely in move-in ready condition for us. We'll definitely use her again in the future!
