I can't say enough good things about Basil. As an older buyer, buying a home wasn't always easy. There were a couple of houses I really wanted, but unfortunately, we weren't able to get them. Of course, I was disappointed, but Basil never gave up on me. He stayed patient, kept looking, and always reminded me that the right home would come along. Throughout the whole process, I always felt that he had my best interests at heart. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to negotiate the best deal possible. He went above and beyond for me in every way possible. From taking the time to explain the process to me (multiple times) to being available whenever necessary to see homes. He made the home buying process so easy it felt like I basically bought a house online. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first because I was told he was new to the industry but he blew me away with his knowledge right off bat.
