As an incoming military family to a new state with no family or friends, it can be daunting coming to look at houses. We initially were setup by the VA to work with another realtor, but after setting our sights on a house and set to travel, our realtor stopped replying to our messages right before we were set to visit. So we decided to call the seller’s realtor company and Erica graciously offered to meet us! We didn’t walk away loving the house, but we did walk away loving the new realtor we met and thank goodness we met her. She worked diligently to help us discover our new home, working with us through Zoom videos and phone calls throughout the whole experience and we are just so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication to help us find our new home!

Rachel is very responsive, direct, and professional. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions, and made sure all of our bases were covered. She is very knowledgable on common issues seen in homes based on location, market trends, and passes on knowledge on how to care for the home after purchase. She ensured we got a fair contract and never pushed us outside of our comfort zone when making an offer or negotiating. She was very considerate of outside factors affecting our purchase timeline and was patient and understanding when we needed to take a short break from our search. She is very courteous on when she offers her professional opinion and is very honest and direct if requested. We had a wonderful time working with Rachel and would highly recommend her!
