Erica is amazing. She was so patient and and helped us better understand the home buying process. She walked us through everything and had our backs 100%. She answered almost every phone call i had. If she couldnt answer the phone she would respond to a text message quickly. She helped have my seller pay for certain things. Whenever i wanted to do house viewings she was also avaliable on a holiday for a house tour. She made the process very simplistic i loved it.
