What wasn’t she great about??! Hands down would recommend her to every single person out there! Will always refer her and use her in the future! Honestly wouldn’t go to another one! She fought tooth and nail for us in all the ups and downs! She is always in such good spirits and a bright light in the dark!! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and knows many ins and outs that you would never think of! We couldn’t be more grateful for her! She is very honest and knows what was best for us even if at the time we didn’t think so. If you want someone who actually cares and doesn’t look at you like another dollar sign. Erica was absolutely amazing to work with. She was my agent for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. As an incoming military family to a new state with no family or friends, it can be daunting coming to look at houses. We initially were setup by the VA to work with another realtor, but after setting our sights on a house and set to travel, our realtor stopped replying to our messages right before we were set to visit. So we decided to call the seller’s realtor company and Erica graciously offered to meet us! We didn’t walk away loving the house, but we did walk away loving the new realtor we met and thank goodness we met her. She worked diligently to help us discover our new home, working with us through Zoom videos and phone calls throughout the whole experience and we are just so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication to help us find our new home!
