Erica makes the home buying process easy. As first-time home buyers we didn't know anything about the process, and Erica through her experience and knowledge, was able to guide us through the process. She helped close the deal with working overnight with our lender to ensure the offer met our needs and the needs of the Seller. She reached out to her vast local contacts for home insurance, home warranty, inspectors, foundation experts, and anyone in the realty market - she knew, and was able to respond to our many questions and requests in a timely manner. Erica is a constant professional at what she does. The home we wanted was a 30-minute drive south of Wichita, and if we needed to see something or do a video call of the property, Erica did not hesitate to provide the details we need. Since I was an out of state buyer, I flew down to see the property, and without hesitation Erica offered to pick me, drive down to see the property, out for dinner, and take me back to my hotel, and do it all over the next day for the home inspection. She was with me the entire time and made me feel as if I was the only client in the world. She is phenomenal. Not once in our process did, we feel like we need to panic because we knew Erica was on it and knew that our interest was in the care of Erica. If she did not have the answer at that time, she would go out of her way to get the answer. As I mentioned before one of the best assets that Erica has is her local resources - we saved a lot of money on home insurance and on our home warranty because of her local contacts she has. Once we secured the contract, Erica still called daily to check in on us, and make sure if we had any questions or if there was anything we needed. We loved working with her. She is amazing.
