Buying this home was the fourth home purchase of my life, and for every previous purchase, I chose not to use a real estate agent. After working with Kirk, I can honestly say I finally understand why people recommend having a great agent. Kirk was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and an incredible guide through every step of the process. He helped us evaluate home values, navigate negotiations, understand the inspection process, and make informed decisions with confidence. Having someone with his experience advocating for us made the entire experience far less stressful. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured. Kirk and his team were quick to answer any questions we had as first time home sellers. The process as a whole went very smooth and communication was top notch the whole time. Highlights include Kirk coming over to the house to inspect the home for himself before listing, easy to work e-signing documents and getting an offer on the house in just a few days. From our very first meeting I had great confidence in Kirk he and his team made the process easy and enjoyable. We had a couple of very minor communication things that we resolved effortlessly, which made the process even better. As we approached the closing Kirk and Sherri were very helpful in their guidance through the entire process. I always felt comfortable working with Kirk. Our property was older and was a bit of a fixer upper which was challenging as we worked through the process, but Kirk was steadfast and very level headed all the way through to the end. He had some contractors that were available to do the work with very short notice .. which was a blessing as I did not know where to even start looking. I would highly recommend Kirk and the Wichita Home Team and they will be at the top of my list for any future real estate needs. We are so happy in selecting Kirk as our realtor. Everything they did from the advertising and photography to making suggestions and giving advice in getting past roadblocks in the negotiation process was all top notch.
