As first time home buyers we got all the information and support we needed from Kirk and his team. They helped us understand the market, gave us books on real estate, and coordinated all the inspections as well as a walk through and several maintenance items that needed to be performed. We were very thankful to have them guide us through the process and help us get to the finish line on our first home.

Kirk and his team were quick to answer any questions we had as first time home sellers. The process as a whole went very smooth and communication was top notch the whole time. Highlights include Kirk coming over to the house to inspect the home for himself before listing, easy to work e-signing documents and getting an offer on the house in just a few days. Having Rachel as my agent was great. Her communication was excellent. She always made herself available in case I had questions, or needed a better explanation on certain things. Rachel was also very knowledgeable about the home buying process, and what to expect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience, and glad I was able to get the home I wanted.
