Erica was absolutely amazing to work with. She was my agent for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. There were a few issues that came up, and every single time she would say "This is what I do, let me take care of this." She was very knowledgeable of the market and handled everything; inspectors, appraisers, lenders, and questions to other agents. She went OVER and ABOVE with every hurdle and challenge thrown at us. Jennifer was never pushy or forceful which we really appreciated. She knows her craft and she does such a good job with it. Being honest on if a house would be right for us or not and suggestions to make our sale stand out and pop. She also was supportive of our goals and not just aiming to make a sale or push a quota. I would highly recommend her to friends and family and will do so in the future. I wish her nothing but success and happiness in the years ahead. When we're ready to buy? You can bet cash money we will be going with Jennifer to buy our next home.

This is our second time asking Jennifer to help us buy a home. She really listened to find out what we were looking for, pointed out the shortcomings in properties that were deal breakers, was never pushy about a sale, and went out of her way to make sure everything closed on time. Jennifer was very professional and did a great job helping us find and purchase a home from halfway across the country. Her home tours via FaceTime were great and she was able to add things that she saw (or smelled) that we would not have been able to pick up on otherwise via video.

From our very first meeting I had great confidence in Kirk he and his team made the process easy and enjoyable. We had a couple of very minor communication things that we resolved effortlessly, which made the process even better. As we approached the closing Kirk and Sherri were very helpful in their guidance through the entire process. I always felt comfortable working with Kirk. Our property was older and was a bit of a fixer upper which was challenging as we worked through the process, but Kirk was steadfast and very level headed all the way through to the end. He had some contractors that were available to do the work with very short notice .. which was a blessing as I did not know where to even start looking. I would highly recommend Kirk and the Wichita Home Team and they will be at the top of my list for any future real estate needs. We are so happy in selecting Kirk as our realtor. Everything they did from the advertising and photography to making suggestions and giving advice in getting past roadblocks in the negotiation process was all top notch.
