Erica was absolutely amazing to work with. She was my agent for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. There were a few issues that came up, and every single time she would say "This is what I do, let me take care of this." This is our second time asking Jennifer to help us buy a home. Kirk and his team were quick to answer any questions we had as first time home sellers. The process as a whole went very smooth and communication was top notch the whole time. Highlights include Kirk coming over to the house to inspect the home for himself before listing, easy to work e-signing documents and getting an offer on the house in just a few days.
