She answered almost every phone call i had. If she couldnt answer the phone she would respond to a text message quickly. She helped have my seller pay for certain things. Whenever i wanted to do house viewings she was also avaliable on a holiday for a house tour. She made the process very simplistic i loved it.

Erica was amazing throughout the whole process! She communicated and checked in with us consistently and was very helpful and honest when it came to numbers and the budget we needed to stay in! She made the process super easy even when it seemed overwhelming!

What wasn’t she great about??! Hands down would recommend her to every single person out there! Will always refer her and use her in the future! Honestly wouldn’t go to another one! She fought tooth and nail for us in all the ups and downs! She is always in such good spirits and a bright light in the dark!! Rachel is very responsive, direct, and professional. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions, and made sure all of our bases were covered. She is very knowledgable on common issues seen in homes based on location, market trends, and passes on knowledge on how to care for the home after purchase.
