Adam made our life so simple. He knew the market and did his research to get us the best price for our house. He was very personable and a true joy to be around. He is not high pressure at all and we felt we could trust him completely. We sold our home the first day it was listed and it sold for our asking price. Adam was fantastic to work with! My wife and I were first time home buyers, and Adam was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the home buying process! Throughout the process, Adam was very easy to communicate with. We mostly texted, but he was also available for phone calls when that was more useful, especially when there were time crunches. We wound up looking at 20 houses with Adam over the course of almost 2 months before finding the right one. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed or forced to buy a house. Adam was consistently reassuring that we would eventually find the RIGHT house, in due time, and not to settle. Once we found the house we wanted, Adam used his years of experience to work up a unique offer, which was accepted by the sellers. It was one of many offers on our house, and I have no doubt that how the offer was presented is what got us our home. Adam's experience was also useful in getting excellent recommendations for home inspectors, the title company, and a locksmith, among others, all of whom were also easy to work with. Even though the house buying process has ended for us, we are looking forward to having a knowledgeable and kind human in our corner going forward, as we would not hesitate to ask Adam for advice on our house, if we have any sort of problems in the future. All in all, Adam helped make an occasionally overwhelming and stressful experience, the home buying process, go as well and as smoothly as it possibly could. I don't know where to start, I could not have made it through the last 10 months without Kirk & his team. I not only had to deal with the passing of my mother, but the need to get her house sold. Kirk helped give me guidance on what we needed to do to get the house brought from the 1970's into 2025. I worked to get the house cleared out for Kirk, a daunting task of going through 90 years of stuff, Kirk was there to support me with ideas and info on the Estate Sale I did. Once the house was clear Kirk knew the contractors we needed to work with to bring the house up to date. I live several hours away and Kirk stepped up and helped me oversee the work and make sure that we got everything done that needed to be done. Once the house was ready to go on the market it was under contract within a week at our listing price. He knows the market, what a house needs to be sold and what prices are doing in the market and getting the most we could for the house. I would recommend Kirk and his staff in a heartbeat. He was literally a Godsend to me this past year, I can't imagine having a different agent. They were great working with me from a distance also, so I didn't have to constantly run down there to sign something or check/approve something etc. Kirk and his staff are phenomenal!
