He is very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and construction aspects of houses. We bought a house as is that scared other buyers off because of structural beams and braces. With Adam’s knowledge we moved forward with an offer and had a structural engineer come out. The engineer assured us of the condition of the home and we feel so lucky to have bought our house at the price we did.
