The team at Parkway was great, selling my home was a very personal event and they made me feel comfortable during the process. They were on point with marketing and priced it to my advantage. There were speedbumps during the sale but they bent over backwards to accommodate and make the sale. I truly felt like they were my personal real estate team when I chose to sell my home.

Having Mark as your realtor is like having an older brother. He doesn’t let you get pushed around and he has your best interest at heart. I now count Mark as a friend and appreciate the connections and experiences he has gained over a long and successful career. Liana is great. She came to our first meeting fully prepared. She had or found an answer to everything we asked. And when push comes to shove, she can close the deal. Inspection issues? She has a whole list of experts on call. Paperwork is quickly created and signed even quicker. Forthcoming, quick, and skilled.

We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process.
