We felt extremely at ease with her taking care of us through this somewhat stressful process. She seems to always be available, so maybe she works too much, but you can tell she loves what she does. She approaches every meeting and conversation with so much enthusiasm and excitement. This process was so fun because of Terri. She helped us find our forever home, but I sort of wish this process wasn’t over because I will miss working with her!!

The property being sold was owned by my parents and towards the end of the process my mother became ill and passed away. This is the time that Alex really stepped up and helped our family out.
