I met Terri 10 years ago and after explaining that I had a tight window to work with Terri pulled together 7 properties to look at the following weekend and we were off and running. (I have closed on 7 properties in 20 years) Terri turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable time and for that fact alone I will always remember her. Terri is very thorough. She knows the market well, and isn’t afraid to give advice to the seller/buyer based on her market knowledge. I was the seller in this scenario , and she always had my back. Alex was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the house on the market and coordinating everything. Our family was going through a very difficult time, especially near the end of the process. The property being sold was owned by my parents and towards the end of the process my mother became ill and passed away. This is the time that Alex really stepped up and helped our family out. With her help in managing the final logistics of the sale we ended up closing the sale on schedule with minimal added stress. Had Alex not stepped up to carry the sale through to the end, it's entirely possible we would have needed to postpone the sale and could have lost the buyers.
