Terri Haapoja

I met Terri 10 years ago and after explaining that I had a tight window to work with Terri pulled together 7 properties to look at the following weekend and we were off and running. Her expertise at writing the purchase agreement was far above any other realtors I have worked with to date! (I have closed on 7 properties in 20 years) Terri turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable time and for that fact alone I will always remember her. I thought I knew the area well - Terri not only knew every lake that is in the area but most of the time knew the specific bays also. After knowing Terri for a short period of time I completely trust her and her judgment and that for me doesn’t come easily. Now after working with her we have become good friends. Terri is very thorough. She knows the market well, and isn’t afraid to give advice to the seller/buyer based on her market knowledge. I was the seller in this scenario , and she always had my back. She is fair, and a great negotiator! She was able to turn negatives into positives every time. Very good experience.

Terri professionally navigated complications of ownership changes while we dealt with the death of a parent who was the owner. All five of the siblings were happy with her communication, knowledge and efficiency. Terri doesn’t overlook or forget the details which resulted in less stress for us during a time when we were not able to put our full efforts into the process. She was able to keep the sale moving forward while being considerate and respectful of our loss. Terri is a true expert at what she does. There is never a question she doesn’t know or can’t find out! She’s a super star. We felt extremely at ease with her taking care of us through this somewhat stressful process. She seems to always be available, so maybe she works too much, but you can tell she loves what she does. She approaches every meeting and conversation with so much enthusiasm and excitement. This process was so fun because of Terri. She helped us find our forever home, but I sort of wish this process wasn’t over because I will miss working with her!!
