She not only helped us negotiate a fair price for our home, she was extremely helpful in getting the process afterwards in having various tests done on the home as we are out of state buyers. She handled everything for us and made the process very easy. She is both very knowledgeable about the values and history of properties in the area as well as the the house we purchased. Alex was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the house on the market and coordinating everything. Our family was going through a very difficult time, especially near the end of the process. The property being sold was owned by my parents and towards the end of the process my mother became ill and passed away. This is the time that Alex really stepped up and helped our family out. With her help in managing the final logistics of the sale we ended up closing the sale on schedule with minimal added stress. Had Alex not stepped up to carry the sale through to the end, it's entirely possible we would have needed to postpone the sale and could have lost the buyers.
