Our family was going through a very difficult time, especially near the end of the process. The property being sold was owned by my parents and towards the end of the process my mother became ill and passed away. This is the time that Alex really stepped up and helped our family out. With her help in managing the final logistics of the sale we ended up closing the sale on schedule with minimal added stress.
