We were in the early stages of our search and didnt have our own representation at the time. Although we didnt buy that property, we found a trustworthy and honest realtor that we wanted to work with. Over the course of 3 years we probably looked at 20 different properties with Alex. We relied on her for everything and she didnt let us down. We eventually purchased a resort in 2016. Fast forward to 2023, we started to work on our exit strategy as resort owners. A huge part of that was having a home to go to when we did sell the resort. Once again, we wanted something VERY specific in a VERY specific area. She found us the property we wanted and fought for us during what amounted to a full year of negotiations with the seller. Through the whole process she had our backs 100% and was always there with excellent advice as to how we should proceed. After a long drawn out, sometimes messy, year of back and forth with the seller she finally got it done! We are now the happy owners of a house that is exactly what we wanted! Alex was there for us and had an answer for our many questions. When we needed something done she made it happen, usually very quickly. Her advise was very sound and she showed great knowledge in the area of Lakeshore real-estate which is what mattered to us. She went to bat for us negotiating with the seller in this current sellers market and we're pleased with the outcome. She's also not afraid to get in the face of involved parties if the need should arise. Overall we're very pleased with the experience and would definitely work with her in the future.
