Kathy and Teon made my first time buying so easy. Knew the market well and which houses would fix our needs, and make the experience amazing.

Joy was the broker on the home my son bought just over 2 years ago. She made such a positive impression that she became a friend, not just a business associate. When I knew I wanted to look for a home in Iowa, I didn't even think about using anyone else. Having a broker I trusted was critical to me because I live 1200 miles away. Joy was the ONLY person I knew that I would trust with my home search and ultimate purchase. As I said before, Joy listened to what I wanted/needed, and made sure she gave me options that fit those needs. She knew (better than I did), which houses would be a good fit. Her attention to detail helped spot issues that even I didn't see and saved me from making a bad decision.

He was quick and professional and helped me sell my house in no time. 10/10 experience
