To be honest, I was extremely flustered and in over my head trying to think about everything under the sun to move my family to another state. I am extremely grateful for Dave Ramsey's realtor locator for providing me with John. Not only was he extremely professional (providing records of his success and confidents in our homes ability to sell), but he also made sure my husband and I understood and were confortable throughout the entire process. After we sat down with John for the first time, we had a clear understanding of how he would manage the selling of our home in a timely fashion for our move. Thanks to his wonderful photographer and assistant, our home was ready for listing and sold within 12 hours! Thanks to John's communication we were able to close from another state flawlessly. Thank you John for ALL you do!
