Joy was the broker on the home my son bought just over 2 years ago. She made such a positive impression that she became a friend, not just a business associate. When I knew I wanted to look for a home in Iowa, I didn't even think about using anyone else. Having a broker I trusted was critical to me because I live 1200 miles away. Joy was the ONLY person I knew that I would trust with my home search and ultimate purchase. As I said before, Joy listened to what I wanted/needed, and made sure she gave me options that fit those needs. She knew (better than I did), which houses would be a good fit. Her attention to detail helped spot issues that even I didn't see and saved me from making a bad decision.
