Melissa exceeded all my expectations in marketing a property that is 125 miles from where I live. She did many functions which is not normally the responsibility of a realtor. She arranged to have the house cleaned, snow removed, a plumber to fix a drain and bath tub. When one bid for a septic tank was too high; she arranged for another vendor to bid at a 30% lower figure.
