Melissa exceeded all my expectations in marketing a property that is 125 miles from where I live. She did many functions which is not normally the responsibility of a realtor. She arranged to have the house cleaned, snow removed, a plumber to fix a drain and bath tub. When one bid for a septic tank was too high; she arranged for another vendor to bid at a 30% lower figure. She even arranged for a key maker to come to the house to have keys made. This property was listed and sold at full market value within 7 days of listening. In addition, I have never met Melissa. My X-wife has been a realtor for over 30 years and I assure you they seldom go to this extreme to satisfy a client
