She handled everything smoothly and even spent basically the entire weekend at our house right before closing just to make sure the handyman could get in and finish up his work. Nora was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing, but I never felt stressed or confused at any point, because she was always one step ahead. I was so impressed with her knowledge, and even the inspectors and the loan officer were impressed too, and couldn’t recommend her enough. I love that she’s super straightforward and will give you honest answers and the best information that she can in order for you to get a home that works for you. She is also very efficient and a great communicator! She set up a search for us, and edited it every time we found that something wasn’t working for us. We were only looking for about a month before we were able to find our home!

At the negotiation steps, Nora urged us along as our judgment became slightly clouded with emotion and she firmly asserted herself to represent and got us a far better deal than we were considering. We've seen a lot of homes on the market for longer than I would expect. I don't know what makes Jeff better than other realtors, but he moved our house in the timeframe we expected and at a price higher than expected.

Jeff assisted in every aspect of the sale of our home and we didn't feel stressed out by the process.
