Bailee Fogle is truly the kind of realtor you hope to find, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had her by our side during such an important chapter of our lives. Buying a home is so much more than a transaction. It’s choosing a place where your family will grow, where memories will be made, and where so many of life’s most meaningful moments will unfold. Having Bailee guide us through that process made all the difference. She made us feel supported, cared for, and confident every step of the way, and we never felt like we were just another transaction to her. What stands out most about Bailee is the person she is. Her kindness, patience, dedication, and genuine care made what can be an overwhelming process feel so much more manageable. She went above and beyond, and it was clear that she truly wanted the best for our family. That kind of care is something you don’t forget. We will always be grateful that Bailee was part of our journey to finding a home. Even after the paperwork has signed and the boxes are unpacked, we remember the people who helped make it all possible, and she is absolutely one of them. If you’re looking for a realtor who will treat you with kindness, advocate for you, and care about more than just closing a deal, we wholeheartedly recommend Bailee Fogle. She doesn’t just help people buy houses; she helps families take the next step toward building a life in a place they can call home. Thank you, Bailee, for being such a special part of our story!! We couldn’t recommend you more highly, and we hope many more families get the chance to experience the same care and kindness that we did!

Better Way Realty helped us purchase a home that was beyond our dreams! We contacted them with a very last-minute move to Iowa from Montana and were met with so much immediate help and support. We lined up a quick trip back to Iowa to look at homes and they were able to get us into 7 homes in one day! While on those tours, they pointed out helpful things a buyer might miss like electrical items, piping, mysterious stains, and even natural light. They really are a dream team and compliment each other's area of expertise to provide the complete buyers support package. We've had some issues in the past with requesting needed repairs on previous home purchases. Chassy and Ron really guided us through what was in our power to ask for and we ended up with all of the top priority fixes we flagged! We couldn't have asked for a more competent, quick, and organized team to help us find and make this huge purchase! Thank you Better Way Realty!
