Highly recommend Cassie and the Callahan Team! Helped our family transition into a new home in Cedar Rapids!

My husband and I approached the Callahan team very early on in our house hunting venture. We were interested in upgrading our home for our growing family but the high interest rates made it hard to take the leap. Megan was very patient and understanding that we were in a “want to move” not “need to move” situation and gladly took us on as clients knowing we were in no rush to purchase/sell. During the house hunting process Megan kept in touch and would frequently send us listings that met our wants/needs. Even on short notice Megan was flexible and accommodating for any showings we were interested in. I felt Megan genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home and we weren’t just another client/commission. Once we finally found our dream home Megan made the buying/selling process as simple as possible. She kept us informed every step of the way – offering advice and expertise where needed and helped us get our house ready to sell, on the market, and sold all within a few weeks. The knowledge, professionalism and relationships the Callahan team have are unmatched. This is the second house I’ve sold with the team and first time purchasing and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I would recommend Megan and her team to anyone looking for a stress-free, personal buying/selling experience – we will continue to use the Callahan team for years to come!
