Please allow this letter to serve as a review for Agent Julia Berberich. Recently my wife and I completed our third real estate transaction with the assistance of Ms. Berberich. Prior to hiring her as our agent we had been a party to two other transactions that involved a revolving door of agents that left us with a negative opinion of the profession. I expressed my concerns to Ms. Berberich who listened intently and proceeded to deliver the highest level of professionalism and customer service possible. From that initial transaction we have since used her assistance on two other transactions and simply put, if you are going to buy or sell a home in Plainfield or the Hendricks County area there is no better option than Julia Berberich. I have and will continue to recommend Julia whenever I am presented the opportunity. In my opinion no other agent knows the community better, whether your budget is $100,000 to $1,000,000. Julia has established, and continues to maintain professional relationships with every possible vender/service provider that are necessary to promote a positive experience in the often stressful environment of buy/selling a home. Julia has established a reputation of being able to work with her clients as well as other agents to find solutions that are equitable to all parties. Julia understands that the real estate process can be confusing and stressful for both new and experienced clients and is able to approach the process in a professional, calm, and insightful manner that eases the concerns of her clients while providing them with the highest level of understanding possible. Julia is the personification of the ideal Realtor and represents your company in the highest regard. C. Nathan Nolin

I purchased a home using the services of Patricia Cavanaugh from another state, sight unseen. Her services were outstanding. She is knowledgeable, helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
