Tyre was highly professional from Day1. He helped us get our home on the market quickly and learn the control process. When the offers literally started pouring in, he was there to help control the situation and guide us in the strategy that got us top dollar for our home, which had an accepted offer in a little over two days (listed Thursday AM, had third round offer accepted Friday PM, cancelled weekend open house). Tyre then closed for me as PoA since I had already relocated out of state. Overall experience with Tyre was excellent!
