This is our second experience in the last six years selling our home and purchasing a new one with Kevin. This time, we sold our condo and bought a townhome. Kevin took the time to tour with us and when we found the "right" one, did some great negotiating over a long period of time for the close. While this process was difficult at times, he stuck with it. After the offer was accepted, he took the time to help us set up contractors to get the place to our liking. He is extremely hard working and great at returning calls and following up on issues and concerns. We would highly recommend Kevin!!

Coolest part of all was fulfilling them twice - finally helping me to secure the home that I bought after I declined battling against a different bidder at one other location. Amy was able to effectively get my condo sold for what I considered to be the best price for the market, and to a buyer who was particularly picky about insignificant imperfections throughout the inspection. Starting with bringing in a "stager" and professional photographer to present the property in the best possible light, and negotiating with the buyer to keep him interested, I give her a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Very rarely, was it not easy to get in touch with her, and I had no doubt she was working on my property relentlessly the whole time.
