A place can look really awesome on a listing, when actually get there to get a feel for the place and neighborhood, you may find a lot of things you had not considered before... Alternatively, there can be things that are going to be a problem for you that you wouldn't realize unless your realtor or someone else made you aware of it. Eric cued me in to a lot of important consderations that I would otherwise may not have ever realized. Eric's openness and honesty were greatly appreciated throughout the process, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. I really appreciate all of Eric's hard work in helping me find the best place to meet my needs, and based on his honesty, outstanding responsiveness and expertise I would highly recommend him to anyone.
