This is our second experience in the last six years selling our home and purchasing a new one with Kevin. This time, we sold our condo and bought a townhome. Kevin took the time to tour with us and when we found the "right" one, did some great negotiating over a long period of time for the close. While this process was difficult at times, he stuck with it. After the offer was accepted, he took the time to help us set up contractors to get the place to our liking. He is extremely hard working and great at returning calls and following up on issues and concerns. We would highly recommend Kevin!!

Tina sealed the deal immediately, and it was smooth sailing through the closing. We were impressed with Jake as well as he assisted with the inspection, walk through and needed presence at the closing. There was an issue with the HOA that could have caused a delay but he was able to get it resolved and it was finalized as scheduled. All and all Tina, Jake and their team were on top of everything. We will use them again!
