When we decided to put our house on the market we felt that we could sell it our self and do the seller portion on the closing. I have worked at the construction industry for almost 40 years and had experience building, selling and closings. We felt that we should talk to a real estate broker to see what they could do for us. I went on the internet and was asked a few questions and it would be presented to different agents. Kevin Burke was the first person to call me that very same day. He took time to tell us various things he would do for us. We made an appointment for him to come to the houses and sat with us and went into great detail as to how he would handle our sale. The day before our closing he came to the houses We did not go to the closing g but Kevin was at the closing to make sure everything was completed on our end of the sale.
