Steve was very knowledgeable about the housing market, I got full asking price for my home, which sold to the first buyer that looked at it. Steve worked diligently to find me a condo within my price range and the location I wanted, which wasn’t easy due to the market at the time. Not much out there and homes were selling fast! Timing was everything due to the quick sale of my home. Steve communicated effectively with everything that was on the market that met my needs. He included my son in his searches so we could collaborate about the options. Steve took me to many showings and was always on time. He also provided different housing options so I understood the setup and extra costs of living conditions after owning a home for 30 years. After we found a condo I was interested in, Steve took me back to look at the condo a second time to make sure I was confident in my decision to purchase it. Steve was very helpful and resourceful, he had reliable connections that were involved with both the sale of my home and purchase of the condo. Steve was very professional with everyone we worked with, other realtors, inspectors, loan officers, attorney, home insurance providers etc. Steve was knowledgeable about all the paperwork that needed to be completed for the sale and dealing with the HOA for the condo. Steve continued open communication throughout the entire process. Having the right people in place made closing on both properties involved a breeze!!! He was with me the whole way!
