Steve was very knowledgeable about the housing market, I got full asking price for my home, which sold to the first buyer that looked at it. Steve worked diligently to find me a condo within my price range and the location I wanted, which wasn’t easy due to the market at the time. Not much out there and homes were selling fast! Timing was everything due to the quick sale of my home. Steve communicated effectively with everything that was on the market that met my needs. He included my son in his searches so we could collaborate about the options. Steve took me to many showings and was always on time.
