Colleen was very communicative throughout the process and I never felt pressured to make a decision outside my comfort zone. Even through some ups and downs with my job and needing to put the search on hold for a bit, Colleen was so understanding and there for me when I was ready to jump back in. Tina sealed the deal immediately, and it was smooth sailing through the closing. We were impressed with Jake as well as he assisted with the inspection, walk through and needed presence at the closing. There was an issue with the HOA that could have caused a delay but he was able to get it resolved and it was finalized as scheduled. All and all Tina, Jake and their team were on top of everything. We will use them again!
