It was an absolute pleasure to work with Colleen Mclaughlin. She walked me through the process of selling my home. Colleen is very knowledgeable of the housing market and it showed, I had 4 contracts on my house in 10 days. I can't thank her enough for her clear and open communication. She is very dedicated, and I would definitely recommend Colleen to any of my friends and family.

Colleen was very communicative throughout the process and I never felt pressured to make a decision outside my comfort zone. Even through some ups and downs with my job and needing to put the search on hold for a bit, Colleen was so understanding and there for me when I was ready to jump back in. I so appreciate her help throughout these last few months!

Colleen is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling. She is extremely personable and gets to know her clients to ensure she presents the best properties for their needs. In our case, we were out of state. We entrusted Colleen to walk through houses we viewed online. She knew what our top needs/wants were and she gave us honest feedback. There were multiple bids on the house we desperately wanted and Colleen did her magic and made it happen for us. I know hundreds of Chicagoland realtors from my prior career and Colleen is and always will be #1 on my list.

He was very supportive during a difficult time selling our mothers home. He kept us informed and updated as necessary and was aware of the local market to support negotiations. I would highly recommend Kevin whether you want to sell or buy a home.

Kevin is a pleasure to work with. He helped find my home for the second time and I would use him again the next time I move. Kevin is very responsive and has the will to do what it takes to find the perfect home.
