I worked with Mersa to look at this house that was initially out of my price range as a way to better understand the market and hopefully get some ideas for my future. Upon seeing the house Mersa was able to show me some comparables that were actually closer to my range that we used to negotiate with the client. Mersa kept in close contact with the seller and was able to get things going for when the sale seemed stalled. I am still in the house today and very happy with it.

Laura really helped me every step of the way as a first-time buyer. I'm really thankful for the knowledge and experience she brought to the process--insights I would never be able to figure out on my own. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for--and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new home. Laura is fantastic to work with, I will absolutely recommend friends and family. Thank you again!
