I worked with Mersa to look at this house that was initially out of my price range as a way to better understand the market and hopefully get some ideas for my future. Upon seeing the house Mersa was able to show me some comparables that were actually closer to my range that we used to negotiate with the client. Mersa kept in close contact with the seller and was able to get things going for when the sale seemed stalled. I am still in the house today and very happy with it.
