This is our second experience in the last six years selling our home and purchasing a new one with Kevin. This time, we sold our condo and bought a townhome. Kevin took the time to tour with us and when we found the "right" one, did some great negotiating over a long period of time for the close. While this process was difficult at times, he stuck with it. After the offer was accepted, he took the time to help us set up contractors to get the place to our liking. He is extremely hard working and great at returning calls and following up on issues and concerns. We would highly recommend Kevin!!

Chris put up with this old codger and remained in high spirits throughout the chaos of a search with a pretty short deadline. Found place after place and fine-tuned what I viewed as she grew accustomed to my hopes and dreams. Coolest part of all was fulfilling them twice - finally helping me to secure the home that I bought after I declined battling against a different bidder at one other location. had an old Family home to sell with many updates already in place. Mrs. Campbell put together an open house and sold it on the first day. The marketing on this house was done very well. Setting a good sale price also made it very attractive which brought in the buyer, Mrs, Cambell had many ideas on getting the house ready for pictures and open house. am very happy with the outcome.

There aren't adequate words to express the gratitude and admiration I hold for Georgia and her colleague, Stephanie. Due to a very serious illness, my then-ex-wife (we've since remarried) needed to move in with me in Denver for medical care and to be near our children. They literally took care of everything, and I mean everything. And they did so with the kindest and most generous spirits imaginable. Plus, they were able to sell the property shockingly fast, relieving us of the worry and financial burden of a house my wife could no longer use. I could go on indefinitely about the kind of people Georgia and Stephanie are…the dignity, compassion and sensitivity they demonstrated at every turn. But I think you get the gist. You'd probably like to know about their knowledge and competence as realtors. Let’s just say they know the process inside out. They kept us informed at every step of the way and made what was an extremely painful and daunting decision as easy as anyone could hope for. Bottom line: If I or one of my friends ever needed real estate help, I would personally drive them down and introduce them to Georgia and Stephanie. No one else would do! They aren't just realtors, they are now our dear friends.
