When we decided to put our house on the market we felt that we could sell it our self and do the seller portion on the closing. I have worked at the construction industry for almost 40 years and had experience building, selling and closings. We felt that we should talk to a real estate broker to see what they could do for us. I went on the internet and was asked a few questions and it would be presented to different agents. Kevin Burke was the first person to call me that very same day. He took time to tell us various things he would do for us. We made an appointment for him to come to the houses and sat with us and went into great detail as to how he would handle our sale. He listed our house for us after showing us the way he would handle our sale and his marketing program. He had a photographer take pictures and put it on the web site. We had two offers with in 6 day of the listing Kevin sat with us and explained every detail about the contract. We ended up selling our home for more than our asking price. Kevin was with us. Every step of the way and walked us through it and made our sake very comfortable. The day before our closing he came to the houses We did not go to the closing g but Kevin was at the closing to make sure everything was completed on our end of the sale. I would and have given Kevin’s business card to a few people. I would recommend Kevin for the sale if your house and also for the purchase of a home He is vet well experienced in the real estate industry and was with us every step of the way.

She is very detailed oriented and spent so much time with my mom reviewing paperwork to ensure she understood everything that was being signed.
