This is the second condominium sale Chris has completed for us in the last year. Both times, Chris made sure everything was in place before listing the properties. She was ready! Both properties sold within a week, and for nearly the entire asking price! We were going to list the second condo for much less than Chris suggested. She explained why the property merited a higher price, and she was right. Chris really understands the market and will make sure you get the most out of your sale.
