This is the second condominium sale Chris has completed for us in the last year. Both times, Chris made sure everything was in place before listing the properties. She was ready! Both properties sold within a week, and for nearly the entire asking price! We were going to list the second condo for much less than Chris suggested. She explained why the property merited a higher price, and she was right. Chris really understands the market and will make sure you get the most out of your sale.

What a blessing to work with Christine May on the sale of my mother's home. Actually work is the wrong word, I really did little to no work and Christine handled it all! Supremely I would add! It was such a great experience and stress free. I am out of state and Christine after meeting me handled an estate sale, cleanout and fixes, donations, and open house weekend that netted 8 or so offers 3 of which were above asking price and became our buyer. I first met Christine on 7.31.2025 and after hearing my situation, she proposed a plan to get the house ready for sale and live. It was then that Christine took over the process of selling the home and all that entailed. We closed on home in less than 60 days from my first meeting Christine! JOB WELL DONE AND COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER!!

Chris put up with this old codger and remained in high spirits throughout the chaos of a search with a pretty short deadline. Found place after place and fine-tuned what I viewed as she grew accustomed to my hopes and dreams. Christine was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable efficient, and fun to work with. Chris helped us with our offer, which was accepted. She took pictures of the home for us, helped us find a lawyer, inspector, and flooring person too. We bought our home long distance. The whole process went very well.
