I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

Tara had a first time home buyer seminar with a Mortage advisor, I learned how to start, and 7 months later I was putting a down payment on a house. Tara was there the whole time, always available, and happy to advise. Through inspections, offers, repair requests and all those little things that come up when home buying. Tara and her whole team were wonderful and professional. They gave me the knowledge to answer all the questions other people trying to advise me asked. I was told it sounded like I did my homework, really I just had Tara, Chad and Dirk making sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable with what was happening. Now I am a happy homeowner!!
