Susan made very helpful suggestions on how to improve the way the house shows to buyers looking at the property. She is very helpful in every aspect of preparing the property for sale. I would use her again for any real estate transaction.

Jane was very helpful. She gave good advice on everything from listing price to negotiations with the buyer/buyer’s realtor, lawyers, and went out of her way to help when we were out of town.

I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind.
