Jane was very helpful. She gave good advice on everything from listing price to negotiations with the buyer/buyer’s realtor, lawyers, and went out of her way to help when we were out of town.

I had no experience with selling a home, but Rita guided me through the sale in a friendly, understanding, and efficient manner, allaying my fears along the way. She was a pleasure to work with and would definitely refer anyone involved in the purchase/sale of real estate to her in the future. I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Amy is an amazing realtor! She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of selling our Elmhurst home.
