She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house.
