Joel was always communicating with us. He really listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was. Joel never pushed us to look at something that would make us house broke. He was patient with us as we were all over the place for locations. He was flexible as far as showings and working with our schedules. He was also honest when we were looking at homes about their qualifications for certain loans as well as whether we had a real chance of securing the home. We highly recommend Joel if you're looking for someone who's going to be honest and upfront with you while helping you find what your looking for but also keep your feet in reality.

Debbie is the absolute best! With slim pickings due to the market she made sure to send us all of our possible options. Each day we would recieve an email with new listing. As first time hime buyers, Debbie made sure to explain everything step of the home buying process in detail and not to mention how accommodating she is! If we wanted to go see a house on a certain day at a certain time especially after work she made sure to make it happen! Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. He was prompt in responding to texts, calls, and emails, and always made my many questions feel important.
