Julie has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2005. Shortly after graduating college, she worked for one of the largest Real Estate law firms in the state of Illinois for roughly 11 years. While representing the majority of large banks and investors, both within the state and nationally, she learned the ins and outs of both mortgages and the foreclosure/short sale process. With several years of experience in this industry, along with representing several builders and developers as their agent, Julie is able to navigate through any transaction with her client's best interests in mind. With 4 children and two offices, (located in Illinois and Florida) she takes pride in the communities she services. Julie is also well versed in property management, vacation/beach properties, as well as working with buyers, sellers, investors, builders, relocations, and land development.
