Jennifer came to our first meeting completely prepared and confident in her ability to sell our home, what it would sell for (appropriate comps) and how she would help faciliate a great transaction. We sold our home for the list price the first weekend on the market! We had multiple offers and Jen was very professional in helping us to walk through the offers and make the best decision. In addition to knowing the La Grange housing market, Jen Harding is a very honest and down to earth person. Any questions or concerns that we had during the sales process were answered in a timely fashion. She is excellent in recommending Painter’s, electricians, plumbers and lawyers. We sold our house before we moved out of state. Jen Harding was there to let the electrician and the plumber in prior to closing during a major snow storm. She was excellent at staging and partnering with us during the selling of our house during a pandemic. Jen is the type of realtor you would want in your court whether you are selling or buying a house.
